Using Foods and Drinks to Improve Epigenetics

Foods and Drinks Affect Your Moods
Did you know that foods and beverages contribute to how you feel emotionally? Some foods increase tension, irritability and stress, while others increase calmness, joy and passion. Science has shown that not only foods, but your emotions are inextricably linked to your health.
Whether you seek comfort, joy, healing or happiness…
what you want to feel can be supported
by what you consume.
Choosing to consume certain foods can empower more confidence, joy, calm, and happiness. Natural Emotional Care includes making an intentional choice to shift how you feel emotionally.
You assist with turning on or off specific genes - and the way that they behave, and how they are expressed. By doing this consistently, you empower positive gene expression to become stronger and louder than before.
By making positive choices over and over again, you begin to flip-on your “happiness genes.” They begin to become a natural expression of who you are. Your body begins to run better because your genes have changed the way they are expressed.
In the beginning you may not notice a significant change in your emotions or how you feel. However, the more you direct your emotions and consume supporting foods and beverages, the more natural it becomes. One day you can wake up and realize WOW, you are changed.
What are Epigenetics?
Natural Emotional Care is partially based on a field in science called epigenetics.
It’s a big word, but stick with me here. In high school biology you learned about genetics and that genes determine the color of our hair, the color of our eyes, how tall we are, whether our hair is curly or straight, etc. Those are the genetics that we are born with.
Epigenetics is the study of how our genes behavior and expression changes based on our life experiences and environment. Think of your genetic code like your hardware (the computer you are born with), and your epigenetics as the software (the programs that can run into problems, be switched out or upgraded).
Your genetics do not change. However - what you eat and drink, your life experiences, stresses, how you perceive things, and your overall environment; ALL affect the turning 'on' or 'off' of your genes, how they behave and how they are expressed.
Archangels and Their Divine Responsibilities
This is important because it can impact your emotions, as well as determine whether you get certain diseases or not. It can also affect the genetic make-up of future generations, and the challenges that they encounter.
Science proves you have great power to change your life based on what you consume, lifestyle choices, and your thoughts & perceptions.
This is not just a theory. This has been proven not just by mice in a lab, but by taking entire groups of people, entire cultures and studying the children of previous generations to see the effects of epigenetics in action.
In truth, what you eat and drink, and the emotional experiences that you have can contribute to flipping on or off genes in your body. This affects your odds of happiness and of getting or healing a disease. Just like a light switch – these genes can be turned on or off.
This is so exciting because it proves you have greater power than ever imagined to change your life based on natural emotional care - what you consume, lifestyle choices, and your thoughts and perceptions.
Choose what foods and beverages to consume and help support the emotions you choose to feel.
