Anger-Cleansing Cranberry Lemonade

When it comes to doing a cleanse, however, I don’t just want to get rid toxins, I want to erase as many negative emotions stored in my body as I can.
That’s why I came up with my Anger-Cleansing Cranberry Lemonade. It may not only help to burn out shallow short-term emotions, but also those deeply embedded ones tied to anger and resentment.
Here’s the emotional care benefit for each ingredient:
Lemon—cleanse shallow emotions
Cranberry—burn out anger
Apple—protection, and cleanse deeply hidden emotions
Confidence Beverage Booster –support energy systems and enzymes to help body release stored emotions
Cinnamon—warmth of heart
...By the way, one reason cranberry is so effective for helping clear a urinary tract infection (being 'pissed off') is because it helps to cleanse anger from the body!
Whenever I do a fast or cleanse, I make a pitcher in the morning, and drink from it all day. Then at night, I take a special emotional care bath. I am always amazed at how many more physical toxins seem to release when I do my Anger-Cleansing Cranberry Lemonade as part of my cleanse.
I think it’s because emotional toxins keep the physical toxins trapped in the body and the fat – so when you cleanse emotionally AND physically, you get a lot more junk pushed out.
Here’s my personal recipe—it's one of my most requested from students who have taken my workshops.
Anger-Cleansing Cranberry Lemonade.
Serving: makes about 1 quart
Ingredients:
1 organic lemon, cut into quarters
3/4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) whole cranberries
3 lbs whole apples, freshly juiced - or 1 quart organic, unfiltered apple juice
3 squirts Confidence Beverage Booster
Dash or two of cinnamon if desired
Cheesecloth
Clean twist-tie
1 large pitcher or container
Put lemon & cranberries into a food processor or strong blender. Pulse to process to a medium chop. Tie lemon cranberry mixture in cheesecloth, secure with the twist-tie, and place in the pitcher. Next, add the apple juice, Confidence Beverage Booster, and cinnamon (if you like). Let it sit for 1 hour on kitchen counter, or 2 hours in refrigerator, and then enjoy.
