Do you ever feel stressed...even scared, anxious or worried? I have felt that way, and being scared or worried in and of itself, is a frightening experience...which multiplies the affects on your body and emotions. You end up being trapped in a feeling that keeps repeating itself over and over.
With the global financial crisis facing us today, it is difficult not to feel frightened. I wake up in the middle of the night with my gut in a knot, and feeling panicked. So, what do you do then? After living seven years of my adult life without a conventional form of income, not knowing month to month where the money would come from...I think I must have earned a degree in how to emotionally survive money crises.
First, you must remember to breathe. This might sound silly, but when you are afraid most people hold their breath. When you are not breathing deeply, you reduce the oxygen getting to your brain. When the brain receives less oxygen, it tells the body to be frightened. So by not breathing deeply, you are making yourself even more afraid or worried. So most importantly, you must consciously remind yourself to take several deep breaths often to help reduce your fear in a simple manner. Post a note to yourself on all the bathroom mirrors in your home. Put a reminder on your computer. Remember to breathe and that is one step that will help.
One of my best Formulas to support you with this aspect of fear, is Breath of Heaven. Breath of Heaven is about new ideas, problem solving. The ingredients also help support the lungs, immune system and emotions associated with breathing. read more about Breath of Heaven...
