Hey, reader!

Welcome to my story. We are a small company focused on helping you—whether it's through our products, our unique educational blogs, or having someone to talk to (chat with me, my daughter Kaylie, or my son Rob here on our website!).

I feel it's important to share with you who I am and what I've gone through to fix my own life and body.

My desire is to build a connection with you, like a friend, so I can help you further. These are stories I've kept to myself for a long time.

My name is Kaliana, and I'm looking forward to getting to know each other better :)

...23 years ago something amazing happened in my life. But before I go into that, I want to share with you a bit of my backstory.

First, have you ever thought getting sick could be a gift? I know I sure didn't.

In 1974, at the age of 13, I was diagnosed with an illness where my pain was so great it sent me to bed every month, often going into shock. I'd get so violently ill; I would lose up to 10 pounds in one day.

The only reason I wasn't hospitalized was because my mom was a Registered Nurse who could watch over me.

Not a month went by where we didn't go to the doctor. I saw a number of different doctors who kept prescribing different medications in an attempt to make me better…

…After 2 years of trying everything from valium to morphine to birth control pills, nothing was working or able to help me. After breaking down and feeling completely helpless at the age of 15, I began searching for answers on my own.

I wasn't sure where to start, until one day I stumbled upon a book by Jane Fonda that sparked my interest in nutrition. I continued my self-education in natural healing, exploring aromatherapy and reflexology as well.

And then one day, something happened, and it completely changed my life forever.
